Custom & Bespoke Order
We offer custom-made rugs tailored to your preferred dimensions, colors, and design requirements.
- Production time generally ranges from 2–6 months depending on size and complexity
- A deposit may be required before production begins
- Custom-made and bespoke rugs are produced specifically for each customer
- Once production, material sourcing, dyeing, or weaving has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded

- Samples may be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Samples must be returned in their original condition
- Customers are responsible for returning samples safely and securely

- The item must be shipped within 14 days after return approval.
- Once received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- For customers within the European Union, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is faulty, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
- For customers outside the European Union, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
